Registration Form of NordDesign 2008
The registration fee is EURO 350.- ( for post graduate students 250.-) This includes a copy of proceedings, lunches, refreshments and the conference dinner. The registration fee should be sent before 21st of July to:

Payment by Credit Card
1. Credit cards VISA and Eurocard/Mastercard (EC/MC) are accepted.
2. Credit Card Owner sends by fax (+372 620 32 64) the request, containing
following data:
a) Full card number (VISA – begins with number „4“ and includes 13 or 16
numbers EC/MC- begins with number „5“ and includes 16 digits)
b) CVV1/CVC1 code (control number last 3 digits on the back side of the card)
c) Expiration date (e.g. 12/08 means it is valid till the end of December 2008.)
3. The Credit Card Owner authorises the request by his/her name and signature.
