Tallinn

Conference will be held in Tallinn University of Technology (www.ttu.ee) at Mustamäe, Ehitajate tee 5,  located about 6 km from the Centre (Kesklinn). Click here to view the map. The way from the Meriton Grand Hotel Tallinn (Toompuiestee 27) to Tallinn University of Technology (Ehitajate tee 5). Exit the hotel and walk to your right. You have to walk until a crossing. You have to get exactly to the opposite side from where you are. There is a trolleybus stop for only trolley number 4. Get off the trolley about 15-20 minutes later in the stop “Ehitajate tee”. Cross the road and walk through the park. You should be able to see the main building of the university right in front of you.It should be wise to prefer taxi, one drive from Centre to University costs not more than 100 kroons (~6 EUR).

 We use our own money: Estonian kroons (EEK).  For money exchange euros are good
choice. The fixed rate is 1 EUR=15.65 EEK. VISA card is very common and accepted everywhere. The average meal at restaurants costs about 150 EEK. Cup of coffee costs about 25 EEK.

The weather at the end of April is expected to be between zero and 25 °C. Besides sunshine you should be ready for slight rain. It might become cold at night, so take warm clothes with. However, this time of spring is one of the most beautiful times in Estonia.
